For 10 years, the Solidarity Health Project has been taking place in riverside communities in the municipality of Portel. The project’s proposal is to offer medical and dental care, in addition to providing guidance on preventive health care. The work is carried out with the support of volunteers and partnerships with companies such as Redda+ and Instituto Ribeirinho da Amaz\u00f4nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actions were put into practice with the riverside people in July, but throughout the year the volunteers get involved in the organization. In 2022, the project provided more than a thousand services to the riverside community, improving health conditions in the region.
